OK now I need to see how much space we are dealing with on your main drive.

Go to Start then to Run
Type in compmgmt.msc and click Enter
On left side click on Disk Management
On right side you will see you hard drive.
Now I need you to take a screenshot and attach it to your next reply. Do the following to take a screenshot while the above is open and showing on your desktop.

To do a screenshot please have click on your Print Screen on your keyboard. It is normally the key above your number pad between the F12 key and the Scroll Lock key
Now go to Start and then to All Programs
Scroll to Accessories and then click on Paint
In the Empty White Area click and hold the CTRL key and then click the V
Go to the File option at the top and click on Save as
Save as file type JPEG and save it to your Desktop

Still at 10% so you are not out of the danger zone yet.

Next step is using the Add\Remove Programs in the Device Manager to uninstall programs you don't use anymore or don't need.

What I would suggest is Uninstalling All Programs you don't need or don't want anymore through Add/Remove Programs

Do this by going to

Start and then to Control Panel
Click Add/Remove Programs
Carefully choose the program(s) you don't need
Click on each Program then click Change/Remove and Follow the Uninstall Instructions

You may be prompted to Restart your computer.
Restart once you have all the programs you don't need uninstalled.
Be careful not to remove anything needed by your computer, some of which you may be unfamiliar with the name,

Also any data that can be moved that you still need access to like Office documents can be moved over to the external hard drive.

The updates will be removed when you remove the actual program.

Please download JavaRa from the link in my signature below to your desktop and unzip it to its own folder

• * Run JavaRa.exe, pick the language of your choice and click Select. Then click Remove Older Versions.
  * Accept any prompts.
  * Open JavaRa.exe again and select Search For Updates.
  * Select Update Using Sun Java's Website then click Search and click on the Open Webpage button.
• Download and install the latest Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version for your computer.

Erm i think so i will trial it for a few days, is it possible to make paged memory save to the external hard drive?

10. To Select a Drive to Add or Change the Paging File
NOTE: By default, Windows uses the same drive letter that it is installed on. This system drive is usually the C: drive.
WARNING: If you have another internal NTFS drive listed and want to use it instead, then make sure it is as fast or faster than the drive Windows is installed on. Make sure you only use a separate hard drive, not another partition on the same hard drive as Windows is installed on. This will cause a decrease in performance if you do. You cannot move the page file to an external HDD.

So i cant move it?



Also now when i click on an external link to another webpage SSVAGENT.EXE from oracle so i assume its to do with the java update asks for my permission each time.




Also Windows ReadyBoost? it says the external hard drive is not compatible
