WHEN YOU have done as rshaffer61 has asked would you please open a cmd prompt and type
ipconfig /all | clip

Then please either on the reply message right click paste OR do the same in wordpad. Save and attach.
The pipe cmd with clip simply copies the entry to the clipboard.
After you have pasted it.

If you remain in cmd prompt
type
echo off | clip
key enter

then when you wish to leave cmd simply type exit.

Are you still having problems with your issue?
It has been 14 days since your last response and I was wondering if the issue has been resolved?
If so can you explain how it was resolved so others may be able to fix it if they have the same issue.
If not please let us know and we can continue with helping you to resolve the issue.
