Sorry for delay.
Can you start your Task Manager?
If you can then try to click on File menu then on New Task (Run...)
Click on Browse button and choose Combofix or OTL and try to run it like this.
Let me know results.

Hi neataznyam,
We need to try virus scan from live CD. For this step you will need clean PC and blank CD. After you burn Dr.Web to CD try to boot this CD on infected PC and do antivirus scan with it. Just make sure to set your CD ROM drive as primary boot device.
Download FreeISOBurner to desktop
Download Dr.Web Live CD to desktop
Restart your system and post C:\drweb.txt log here for me.

Download Dr.Web Live CD to desktop
- Insert blank CD into CD burner
- Start FreeISOBurner
- Click Open button and load Dr.Web LiveCD ISO file
- Select burn speed 16x or less
- Press Burn button
- Having made the bootable CD set your system to boot from CD (Instructions)
- Once Dr.Web starts select Dr.Web LiveCD (Default)
- Press Scanner button on the top
- Press Custom scan on the left side
- Check all disks on the right side
- Now press Begin the scan button to start scanner
- After the scan select all infected files and press Cure button
- Select Tools then Journal
- Click Export button and save report as drweb.txt to hda1 folder
Restart your system and post C:\drweb.txt log here for me.

I've tried the boot from cd instructions from this guy before but the images look different on my version

is there a faster way? some [bleep] was cutting his tree down and the power went out so I have to redo it.

but the weird thing is it says its for linex when this is windows 7,, not that I don't know if it matters or not
