So if I am reading this right you can't go back any farther then August 1st of this year correct? If so then that is not going to help at all.

The thing about restore points is if one becomes corrupt they all are corrupt.
So now the next step is to make sure you are clean because something is really playing havoc with your system.
I'm going to apologize in advance if we have already tried this because I'm a little under the weather and don't remember.
Can you please boot into Safe Mode With Networking and then test the system to see how it works. The reason for this is because in Safe Mode Windows loads generic drivers and if the issue doesn't happen we can concentrate on drivers or a program that may be the issue. I really am trying not to have to send you to the malware guys but only as a last ditch effort.

No I didn't mean to try system restore in safe mode because we already know they are corrupted.

What I wanted to see is if the BSOD's happened in Safe Mode With Networking. I had my wife's system in Safe Mode With Networking for 2 days to verify that she had a driver issue that was causing her system issues. This is what I am attempting to do with you right now so we can try to narrow this little culprit down.

Yes, if you can do whatever it is that usually triggers the BSOD while you are in Safe mode we will see if it happens or not.

Also just to clarify regardless if I have you go to the Malware guys or not one of us will have you reset your restore points when we are done so that you have a clean good restore point.

Hoorah  and it is the Realtek High Definition audio driver.

0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
The system attempted to access pageable memory using a kernel process IRQL that was too high. The most typical cause is a bad device driver (one that uses improper addresses). It can also be caused by caused by faulty or mismatched RAM, or a damaged pagefile.

We know it isn't the memory s it has to be the audio driver or it could have just been a glitch that caused the audio to stop. What were you doing when it happened?

Did the audio stutter right before the crash?
Have you tried it again to see if it works?

OK looks like we may need to update that driver.
The driver on Asus's website is 5 years old so that will not work.

Download DriverMax and have it scan your system. It will open their website with all the out of date drivers you can update. With the free version you can update only 2 drivers per day so if you have a lot of them it will take a few days to get everything updated. I have been using it for about 4 months now and like it better then any other utility out there for keeping my drivers up to date.
If you want you can post screenshots of all the drivers in the list that need to be updated and I will suggest in what order to get them.

Look for Realtek High Definition Audio driver and see if it shows out of date in the list.
