You are welcome Gandalf81

I honestly do not think it is PB but had to mention the software`s reported issues.

I also note that you have FF and IE, you could try disabling one of those as well.

 This will do nicely thanks.

Hi Phill,
Ok so last night I disinstalled IE and AVG. I also installed MSE and 2 out of 12 drivers that were missing. The problem is still the same. I will take a screen shot of the ones that I can still update so that you could see what was missing and maybe give me a tip on witch to download first since I can only download 2 drivers per day.
I also included a screen shot of the 2 already updated drivers.
I was also wondering if maybe the BIOS might need to be updated... idk im just trying to guess..
cheers and again thanks for the help

Hi Gandalf81

I would first update the drivers that are duplicated with their latest versions, the BIOS I suggest that you leave well alone as a bad BIOS flash can render the MB inoperable.

Have you backed up all of the important data on the HDD.

You are welcome BTW

Hello Gandalf81

When you get chance can you please run the HDDs diagnostics tool;
Make sure that you select the tool that is appropriate for the brand of your hard drive http://www.tacktech....ay.cfm?ttid=287
Depending on the program it'll create a bootable floppy or a bootable CD.
If the downloaded file is the .iso type use ImgBurn: http://www.imgburn.com/ to burn the .iso file to a CD (select "Write image file to disc" option) and make the CD bootable.

ust to fill you in, while searchin the web, I found out that sometimes you can get the actual drivers from the producer them selves, in this case I was able to go to intel.com I put driver update in search and it scanned my pc for outdated intel drivers and gave me option to update :)... idk why but it told me I had a driver to update, made the download and when installed it said driver wasnt ther...idk

It would be nice to See some MiniDump Files here as well as installed programs and the last ten event viewer logs.

Please download MINITOOLBOX and run it.
http://download.blee...MiniToolBox.exe

Checkmark following boxes:

Flush DNS
List content of Hosts
List last 10 Event Viewer log
List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size
List Devices (problems only)

Click Go and post the result.

Please upload your minidump files as well.
http://h30434.www3.h...iles/m-p/253475

Download Autoruns and Autorunsc
http://download.sysi...es/Autoruns.zip
Unzip it to your desktop and then double click autoruns.exe After the scan is finished then click on File>>>>>>>>>>>Save The default name will be autoruns.arn make sure to save it as Autoruns.txt under the file type option. in other words make sure it is a .txt file instead of .arn Attach the text in your next reply.

Reboot your machine.

Download file assassin.
