I do have a some questions. What exactly started these BSOD's and was it something I was doing or something wrong with the driver updates?

The bluescreens were caused by.
+ "TOSHIBA eco Utility Service" "TOSHIBA eco Utility Service" "TOSHIBA Corporation" "c:\program files\toshiba\teco\tecoservice.exe"
As far as driver updates this had nothing to do with that.

So I should continue to have them disable correct? Well basically keep a all that you requested disable, right?

Yes anything I had you disable is either not needed or causing you some issue.
