Yes, Windows Update has not been run ever. And the 2x old 500 GB Seagate HDD's are not installed, in fact they are not even in the computer case.
I will do your suggested things with the RAM today, right now I have them in slot 1 & 3 - could this be the cause? If that is the cause I will probably feel like a moron if it's supposed to be in 2 and 4. Will report back when I have tested the RAM.

And just a quite note regarding the PSU, where I live it would probably only to purchase a new one or RMA the current one. I don't have any spare PSU and neither does any of my friends. And there aren't any kind of PC shops around here.

Gday.
Page 16 of the MB Manual, shows 2 sticks of RAM in slots 2 & 4, could be the issue. Yes try the clean and test, hopefully not have to do anything about the PSU, getting close to Christmas.

I'll try swapping now. And I'll do the cleaning of the RAM as well.

Eh, the RAM thing didn't work. Still crashed. I will have to do the memtest but honestly I am so tired of this, if it doesn't show anything then I'm just buying a new PSU and RAM tomorrow, I dont even care about the money anymore. This stuff is seriously infuriating.

Any recommendations for PSU and Ram?

By the way, here is the RAM I have.
http://www.newegg.co...N82E16820145345

Crazy - it was only 49.99 when I bought it 2 years ago (November 2011) and now it's double price and 2 years older.

I bought the parts listed above, installed them and had no problems with booting or such. First I installed the PSU and it still crahsed. Then I swapped the old ram for the new ram , and it still crashed.

This is me at the moment:

Update:

I tried putting in one of my old HDDs and install Win7 to it, and then it crashed as my PC was sleeping which hasn't happened before. I will try running some games on in tomorrow when I have the time. Oh, and same issue of course. Kernel-Power 41.

Gday.
Sorry i was not about until now. This is a bit crazy seeing you have virtually a new system. If we can't get a result, will post on our Tech desk to get some more help, A fresh pair of eyes may spot something I have missed.
If the computer is powered from a surge protector, power strip, UPS? try plugging directly into a power socket and test.
The PSU is very good.
The RAM may be iffy,(1.65v) The MB should Default to 1333MHZ 1.5v. I can't find it on the MSI QVL. It has not been tested on your MB by Kingston. their test list. > http://www.kingston....ard&Model=83456 I would use KVR16N11S8K2/8 but, before changing.
1. Try your old RAM, even if it failed the memory test.
2. Disconnect the front panel pw/sw, r/sw and LED indicator wires to the case, Disconnect all USB devices (including the Headset) except keyboard/mouse. test, use the power on button on the MB.

Try booting into Safe Mode, if yes, go to device manger, disable the Logitech G35 then uninstall it, restart.

The system is brand new now.
New: GPU, MOBO, CPU, CPU fan, RAM, PSU, SSD.
Old: DVD player, Cabinet (case)

I tried uninstalling G35 in Safe Mode. That part worked fine. But it still crashed without any sound devices being plugged in.

I've probably spent about 200 hours on this, a lot of money and worst of all I can't focus in daily life because of these problems. Among those 200 hours I've found some peculiar websites and things to try to fix it like this:

http://www5d.biglobe...y/kp41_en2.html

If you directly to the the Appendix (http://www5d.biglobe...2.html#appendix)

I already tried:
r2, r3, r4, r5, r6, r9.

Oh and if you look at post number #2 on page 2 from Chev65, he suggested increasing the voltage for MCP, FSB and RAM could work. But this is FAR out of my comfort zone and expertise area to do on my own. But I'm willing to try it if I get help. I already tried looking at the control center for the mobo, but I don't see any MCP and FSB and I don't know what it means.
Here's the control center pictures:
http://imgur.com/92KHL9h
http://imgur.com/qCge6N9

Please not that I expanded the information for the second screenshot AND scrolled down on the Overclocking page.

Honestly I'm just so drained and helpless that I have absolutely nothing else I could think of that would fix it. I hope you do.

The problem is already getting worse - today it crashed (KP 41) during boot, which has never ever happened before. And the PSU Fan started spinning at 100 % making quite the noise.

Gday.
There should be no need for resorting to exotic setting. I have posted for help on our own tech pages as I have no more suggestions. Will have to wait for a result.

I just had some terrible news - remember when I said that it was getting worse every day? Well, when I was using it in just Chrome running no games it just crashed. This hasn't happen like this before. I mean, this time the PC shut down itself, instead of me doing the hold power button to turn it off. Well, I waited a minute and then tried to turn it on. Except it didn't work. I can't get the PC on anymore, although I can see lights from the GPU power connectors that they are connected etc. The lights that are on when the PC is turned off, they are still on. But I cant power it up. It seems that the PC tries to power up for abount half a second before it turns itself off. I can see the lights inside the PC light up but then they just die and the PC turns off.

Now im at such a loss I have no clue what to do. I did not play or modify any voltages or anything else prior to this.

How ironic is it that this title and thread was started as a 'Windows 7 won't boot' and after 1 month (!) and a brand new PC (and empty checkings account) and hundreds of hours later, the problem has now made me go even further back to a PC which wont even power on.
