I don't have an answer, I thought the video in post 42 would be helpful for you. I have never had or dealt with bluetooth issues before. Is there anyway to contact the manufacture of the headset ?

Is the windows 7 operating ok when you boot into it ?

Yes its ok but the display adapter driver is crashing sometimes like on vista before you help me.Also about the bluetooth problem,its more of the dongle needed extra driver not the bluetooth headset.

My resources are exhausted on the bluetooth issue, I simply don't know how to advise on that issue. It does appear your machine is free from virus and clean now.

I tried to install the bluetooth driver again and was succesful to identify the device as bluetooth audio device,but the driver wont run properly cause of the error "The name is already in use as either a service name or a service display name".I tried a step i found on the web about removing the service with that name and while doing it I encountered the same graphics glitch I have when I started my post here.

As you can see near the arrow I point theres a pink graphics glitch.Also when i drag the windows it causes other graphic glitches.http://vid1343.photo...zpsos8fvg0q.mp4. Then I run system restore from the system restore point i made days ago.Then I tried running online game to test.http://vid1343.photo...zpsw9tm91nl.mp4 and it work fine.I continued running it on graphics intensive place http://vid1343.photo...zpslqeccdcn.mp4 and it stand the pressure,no graphics glitches at all.It made me think maybe the graphics glitches is related to the bluetooth driver problem and was not cause by a virus before.
