I was thinking about the following also ... as you said ...

 

 

 

The 191 stability issues can only be repaired in 'premium' version

183 speed issues can only be repaired in 'premium' version .... sadly can't afford it xsad.png.pagespeed.ic.5zxzyGiJz034xt3QiD

If you have followed each of the suggested steps as post in my reply #38 then we are done, you do not need anything further and most certainly nothing that would involve paying out your hard earned cash (we always advise against such services as they tend to be a scam, read miekiemoes' Blog which you can find here and you will see why such software should be avoided) I did also advise you of the following BTW  ;)

 

please note that I am not suggesting that you use any other product or service at the link.

 

 

I noted the following was shown to be running in your updated Speccy report;

 

Running: Cyberlink RichVideo Service(CRVS)

I found that through C/Programs/files/cyberlink and progressively deleted every cyberlink item .....
