Hi do you have a USB stick to transfer files from your friends computer to your one ?

If so then do the following.

On your friends computer install the following programme to protect it whilst we transfer files to and fro

Download MCShield to your desktop and install
It will initially run a scan and show the result as a toaster by the system clock
Then in the control centre select scanner and tick unhide items on flash drives
mcshield%20unhide.JPG
Plug in the drive and McShield will start a scan

THEN

Download this programme and copy it to the USB
Then insert the USB in your computer and copy the programme to your desktop

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
  • Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Select additions at the bottom
  • Press Scan button.
    frst.JPG
  • It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
  • Please attach both logs generated.

An unusual antivirus ,, Preventon Technologies never heard of that one before

There should be a second log file on your desktop called additions.txt could you post that

Any way to work

CAUTION : This fix is only valid for this specific machine, using it on another may break your computer

Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:

CreateRestorePoint:
GroupPolicy: Group Policy on Chrome detected <======= ATTENTION
CHR HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Google: Policy restriction <======= ATTENTION
HKU\S-1-5-21-1315313883-4294244024-4085636437-1000\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer: Policy restriction <======= ATTENTION
ProxyEnable: [.DEFAULT] => Internet Explorer proxy is enabled.
ProxyServer: [.DEFAULT] => http=127.0.0.1:53446;https=127.0.0.1:53446
EmptyTemp:
CMD: bitsadmin /reset /allusers

Save this as fixlist.txt, in the same location as FRST.exe
FRSTfix.JPG
Run FRST and press Fix
On completion a log will be generated please post that

THEN

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.
  • Close all open programs and internet browsers.
  • Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
  • Click on Scan.
  • After the scan is complete click on "Clean"
  • Confirm each time with Ok.
  • Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
  • Please post the content of that logfile with your next answer.
  • You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt as well.

Wait do not run the fix yet. I have just noticed that you ran FRST on your friends system

You must copy the FRST programme to your computer and run it there. You appear to have run it on the German system
