Those voltage readings could be as a result of the MBs own monitoring software conflicting, if for example the +12V rail was only 7.920V the computer would not even boot up, these readings aside for the moment as looking at Speccy has shown some security issues.
There are many Windows updates missing, no AV protection, you download torrents and if I am not mistaken you have cracked software installed, any one of these on their own can result in your computer being infected with malware so it is advisable that you have it checked.
I must ask this directly, do you have cracked software on your computer.
Please download then run the MGADiag tool, copy/paste the results into your next reply for us, Download MGADiag by clicking here.

As per my reply #32 you need to have the computer checked for malware, the GTG malware redirection information will help you with this, see below, may I also bring to your attention the following from the GTG Terms of Use
The posting of links or references to warez or any other type of illegal software is strictly forbidden. By doing so you risk having your user account terminated without warning. We will NOT help anyone we suspect of having obtained their software or services illegally.
The cracked software will need to be removed.
FWIW, it is entirely possible that the issue is software related and due to the OS licence key not being activated with MS you are missing an awful lot of updates, any one of which may have resolved the issue.
I suspect that you have some malware on your computer causing issues that we are not able to solve through means we can use here in the Tech Forums. I suggest you read the 'Start Here' topic found here. With these self-help tools you have a high chance of fixing the problems on your own. If you are still having problems after following Step 3 of the guide, continue with Step 4 and 5 and post in the Malware Forum. If you are unable to run any programs, Please create a topic stating what you have tried so far and that you are unable to run any programs. Also, Please do NOT post the logs in this thread.
If you are still having issues after the malware expert gives you a clean bill of health, Please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
But when i reseated my ram in another slot my pc did not start !! And when I put it back in its old slot it freezes at random time !! Could it be the slot issue ?! or RAM because I am positive that its not a malware I had my computer checked ! And about the licensed Windows 7 !! I was unable to install the legit one as I got an error saying one or more storage devices has been removed or some thing of that sort ! And i had to install this old version and then upgrade it to windows 7 !!
Rajiv Soler,
Points of note here, I am not a malware removal expert but I do know the problems that can arise from using illegal software.
We must all abide by the GTG Terms of Use that we agreed to when we applied to become members.
No one here at GTG is refusing to help you but it is important that you understand that there are strict guidelines that must be followed first, no illegal software and having the all clear from the security staff is a must.
