So I have an HP entertainment laptop. Windows 7 64-bit

A8 AMD

it keeps running messages

---------------------------------------------------

The program can't start because gdiplus.dll is missing from your computer.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There was a problem starting C:\Windows\system32\gameux.dll

the specified module could not be found.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I cant play any games on it. like the sims. since it started running these messages.

Hello vampir3princess9 :welcome: ,

A quote from Microsoft website,

1) Click Start
2) In the start search box, Type: CMD, from the results, right click CMD
and Click 'Run as Administrator'
3) At the Command Prompt, type:regsvr32 gdiplus.dll
4) restart your computer

This will register the file and you can check and see if you can now start your software program.

Hope this helps.
