I have a Cyber Acoustics CA-3550, and it worked good until recently. The left speaker is almost silent under 50% volume control. The bass also seems to be less. There is some crackling when adjusting the volume knob, so I thought it would be the potentiometer. I cleaned it hoping it was just debris, but this gave no result. I have checked the cords and plugs, it isn't them. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
