Hi hope somebody coul help?

Selfbuild system doesn't run - Mayby less Power?

System:
Super flow SF-1300 F14MG (power1300W)
Gigabyte Aorus TRX40 XTREME (MAINBOARD Watt?)
AMD Threadripper 3960 ( Watt?)
8x RAM 32GB Crucial Ballistix RGB schwarz DDR4-3200 DIMM CL16 (Watt?)
Gigabyte Aorus 24GB graphiccard (850W)
Samsung SSD 980 PCe Name
GIGABYTE Aorus waterforce 360 (Cooler Watt?)
Gigabyte Aorus AC-700 (moddingcase)

Have some problems by connecting Power-CPU2, one of two 2x4Pins and the GPU-power by three 2x4Pins.
I took the blue CPU1 and CPU2 cable connector two connect the two 2x4Pins on MB and two cable (Red connectors) for GPU-power.One of the cable with two connecrors (SLI Ready). So i could connect the three 2x4Pin on the GPU...
Think i need 1600 or 1700Watt
When i run the System first by set powermodul on and then by Power Button on case or the onboard Power Button (see MB) it's still dead... 😞
THERES NO LIGHT OR SOMETHING, shows LIKE Power on the System..?

Gday Cryptoguru,  :welcome:

Have you much experience with computers, or is this your first build?

Did you take anti static precursors?

Did you ensure that the MB stand offs where is the correct pattern, No extra ones that could short out the board?

I have put your build up, (see link below) case not included.

Please confirm they are the parts your have.   At the top right is the estimated wattage required, so even if you add 4 fans, 2 HDDs, tand allow for the Case lighting, Your PSU is more than adequate.

Hi, I had some experiences (not professional but very interest, learning by doing) and build every year or two a high end PC or Laptop (Schenker/XMG).
flashing Bios no problem ;-)

The components you listed are OK instead of RAM and CPU:
RAM 256GB --> 8x Singel 32GB Crucial Ballistix DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory (BL2K32G32C16U4B)
AMD Threadripper 3960X 3.8 GHz 24-Core Processor

Case ;-)

Thanx for helping

Sorry for the delay, I am in Australia and this morning had a dental appointment.

Don't do any sort of BIOS/GPU flashing/upgrading,

I am unable to find a user installation manual for the PSU.

When you say no LEDS, does that include the LEDS at the PSU outlet plugs? each one plugged in should display it's own led, to indicate power is being sent to the componant it is plugged into.

If there are no LEDS showing.

Above the on/off switch, make sure you are in auto mode.

Check the wall socket with a table lamp or Mobile charger.

If using a distribution board, check it is working, some sort of trip may have been activated.

Change the PSU power lead. If PSU seems to be OK. perform the below.

Please turn off the PSU and take anti static measures when working inside the computer and handling parts.

1.   Disconnect all cables from the MB to the case, including fans,

check the cables for the CPU and water pump are securely connected then  Use the onboard power on button to test.

2.   If no Boot., PSU off.

Disconnect power cables to the GPU and connections to the monitor then remove it, Test.

3.   If no Boot, PSU off,  Remove all the RAM, test.

If no Boot, please post back.

I will need some time to download the Corsair PSU manual and read it.

Please ref your MB manual, page 7/ at the bottom  right hand corner (OC_PEG) You should not be using this connector, it is for extra power if you are using 2 GPUs.

For the Cooler, does it have a 4 pin fan connector?? if yes, plug into cpu fan socket, (just above the MB power button.

To power the CPU, use 2 identical EPS 12v cables.   They have a 6 pin plug one end, use any 2 of the  3 sockets located just below the 24 pin ATX,  Plug the other end, 8 pin plugs, into the 2  ATX 12v  sockets, top right of MB.

Great Job. Thankx for your morally and especially Technical Support. IT was the three realy fine LED Pin next to the speaker Pins on the Bottom of the MB. These Pins on MB are for RGB/LED and so i put the ledconnector of the ARGB systemunit of the case installed before, but now i think these Pins are for connecting more modding leds an i thought i had to connect it on MB.
Its So freaky these Monster bring to life... will Show you soon a little Video there are Videos on leddisplay on waterforce and GPU... but for today i am groggy. You are very welcome, good you found the problem.   I have read that some people have problems getting the cooler software to run correctly and one possible cause is the Corsair Link software.   Solution was to install /configure the Corsair cooler software first and then the Corsair Link software.

Good luck with the rest of the build; look forward to some pics.

Stay safe.
