Boot with your bootable media to the Recovery Environment Command prompt. Run this command:
CHKDSK d: /f
Let me know if anything is found on the disk, like bad sectors, clusters and so on.
Found no problems
Lets start in Safe Mode.
Run This command:
bcdedit /set {default} safeboot minimal
Restart into Windows. Let me know its behavior.
Can't restart into windows, after pressing enter, it says
The boot configuration data store could not be opened.
The requested system device cannot be found.
That is weird. You Can't restart into Windows? If the command was not successful, you should be able to to boot as before.
Run this command once again:
bcdboot d:\windows /s c: /f ALL
If successful, restart into Windows.
Very weird, now it says Failure when attempting o copy boot files.
Is there a Startup Repair Option when you boot into the Advanced Options?
If that wont help, try these commands again:
If that wont help, you should take in consideration the possibility that malware is causing this issue. There are two rescue Disk scanners that I would recommend you to use:
Try all this and I will see you again tomorrow as it is kind of late in these parts of the woods. Good night.
