HP Printer...not connecting to SSID

I am running Windows 11 and have an HP Deskjet 3052A printer. Yes, it's old but it has been working and still does, it's just not connecting to the SSID.

I have tried to uninstall the printer and to reinstall it and the same blue light will flash which is indicating, no wireless. I currently have it hooked up with an USB cable.
