I have notions on computers (have a university degree in computer science) but its not enough for every day problems. I would love to learn more and more and more and be of use

Like i found one user with Real player software on there computer. I would send them this website and let them know to read this website. Then explain how to fix the problem if they need further assistance.

I used to be the go-to guy for computer problems in the dorm/frathouse in college, but since graduating and switching to XP I've gotten rusty. I'd like to get back into the nuts and bolts of things and help some people out in the process.

I have moderate knowledge of computers, and am a fairly quick learner.
I have (I think) succesfully rid my own system of ad/spyware by researching previous posts on your forum.
