Sorry guys, im trying to get something removed from a laptop & i dont know what it is.........it wont really do anything!! No wireless connection & wont connect to the net via ethernet cable either. I've installed Avast Pro & scanned the pc & removed what it scanned but when i run MalwareBytes or VIPRERescue to scan the thing just shuts down after a while. I cant remove an out of date version of Norton either & im downloading things to the desktop PC & using a memory stick to put them onto the laptop..

its running Vista

& windows will only start in safe mode, gets the lovely blue screen otherwise


Any ideas?? PLEASE

How do i remove this please? Cant connect to the Net for MBAM to remove it.......is there any other way?


Should mention too, all programmes' are not responding after a while

I cant copy & paste that OTL code as im having to use a memory stick to transfer all programmes to the laptop, it wont connect to the internet for me to get onto this site to copy it

Oh dear....OTL seems to have frozen........getting a spinning blue circle & nothing seems to be happening!

Ok. Exited & a window came up with 'programme not responding', now i have a blank desktop with no icons.

will i reboot?, then run comboFix?
