Looking at MB and it looks fine.

Good. Can you find the information about the Power Supply? Sometimes the sticker with the info is on the back and not visible...

Not bad if it really provides the 460W. I was expecting a less powerful PSU I usually find on machines from big brands like HP...

Most of the time the problem with low end PSU's is that they are not up for the heavy duty that some of those graphic cards demands.
In my opinion you should replace the PSU with new one with at least 500W Max.

I was checking exactly that one :) I like Corsair they are stable and the 80 Plus certification it's good indicator in terms of quality... but let me do some more search because I'm not sure if it fits on the case.

Ok, that one should fit. I find someone that installed a more powerful and bigger PSU on the same machine.

No unless windows gets corrupted because of been forced to close improperly.
Its advised to run chkdsk to make sure there aren't errors on the File System level.

Hi SleepyDude

(((SOLVED)))

I thought I would tell you the new power supply came today. I installed it and booted right up!!!! Wooohooo!! No problems at all. No fighting to get it to boot no BSOD!! And its been off for since wed so I know it would have gave me a problem starting. If it was doing that after being off for a couple hrs. And I have not had any BSOD's!!!

Thank you for all your help.

And now we now if random craziness boot ups and BSOD ..look at the power supply.

Well it looks like I spoke too soon. :( Installed the new PSU on Friday and did a clean install of windows just because I felt better doing it. Updated all night and Saturday. I went away for the night so I shut the pc down Saturday and I just turned it on and I'm stuck at the BIOS screen and not loading anything farther. :( :( :(
