Cant  open files or docs that are Internet Explorer ones in win 10

Run Internet explorer performance Troubleshooter:

 

1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.
2. (If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Search.)
3. Enter Troubleshooting in the search box, and then tap or click Troubleshooting.
4. Tap or click View all, select Internet Explorer Performance, and then follow the instructions in the Troubleshooter.
