So, I've been using my PS3 as normal with the dualshock 3 controller, I got the ps3 and controller together second hand and since I've had it I've not been able to switch the controller on if its plugged in but it works fine if I've got it on before I plug it in and it works great without the usb plugged in and charging, I had to restore the console back to default settings to fix another issue I was having and now I cant use my PS3 because I have to plug the co troller in and press the PS button to sync it up. I have tried resetting the controller, switching it on before I plug it in, imitating a power outage, everything! Nothing has worked thus far, has anyone else had this problem and resolved it? If so, how? I really need help!

Hi, I Know your problem. I would consider using another controller to back up your console and buy a new one. Best regards, Curtis.
