I have a OnePlus 3, which I have loved until today. It ran out of battery, and when I turned it back on, my normal pattern password wasn’t working. I contacted OnePlus, and they said that there isn't anything they can do. There is no SD card, I don’t have an automatic photo backup app, there isn’t a “Forgot my Password” option, and I don’t have USB debugging enabled. I have uploaded older pictures to Drive, but I haven’t uploaded pictures from this past Thanksgiving. I took pictures with my grandparents, and my grandmother passed away a couple weeks ago. I cannot stand the idea of losing those pictures. Does anybody have any ideas about ways I can get them? I am desperate; I’m willing to try absolutely anything.
Please help me with photo backup…

Have you tried the drivers here:
then see if it will connect to your OnePlus. You may be able to poke around among the various folders on your device and find your pictures.

Do you get your OnePlace 3 access back and your photos back? If not, have you already tried a local business-oriented photography hardware and software place?

And there are three ways to unlock your Android device:
1.Use your Google Account password (if you had initially signed in before the screen lock)
2.Utilize an Android screen lock remover
3.Execute a factory reset
Some Android data recovery can automatically recognize the device without enabling USB debugging, you can have a try.

There is app in the mobile which is inbuilt - Google Photos, the photos and videos saved in this if you are connected with the internet mostly with the WiFi. If you use the WiFi then search the photos that you want in the Google Photos app.
