My whole problem started when I received a looping "Google Play services has stopped" error -- it would literally come on my screen every four seconds.
At this same time, my phone service and cell data stopped working altogether.
After HOURS of trying, I think I have finally managed to uninstall updates for Google Play Services, so the annoying repeating error has finally stopped. (Hooray).
...but I still do not have any phone service or phone data. (WiFi works fine).
I just tried to update Google Play Services, but it told me to delete apps first because I don't have enough storage, but it looks like I have *plenty* of storage... so something seems very wrong about this. (I can't install any apps, actually. It always tells me I'm out of storage, though I seem to have plenty of storage).
And this is where I'm currently stuck.
My Contacts list isn't visible.
I also don't think my file system is working at all. The "Files" app finds nothing.
I connected my phone to my laptop, but it still cannot find the file system.
I think this entire thing happened when my phone unexpectedly shut down, corrupting Google Play services.
SIM status shows as "Not Available."
Phone is a Moto G6. Currently running Android 9. Software variant is "amz"
