I work for a small company that only 2 of us have access to the server computer. We save documents and what not to a public file that no one uses besides the 2 of us. But over the past 5 years’ files will just randomly be completely deleted from our Public file. We outsource a computer tech company, and their only explanation is that one of us is deleting them. This definitely not the case. Is there another reason that files would just disappear?
