I would like to be on the geek stuff because then i could from time to time show please what to look for and where to look for the stuff they need to.

Like i found one user with Real player software on there computer. I would send them this website and let them know to read this website. Then explain how to fix the problem if they need further assistance.

I would like to learn as much as I can so I can use this at work. We have 25-30 desktops WinXP Pro networked to a Unix server. I am basically selftrained in IT Support, mostly troubleshooting with the help of Tech Republic manuals and performing maintenance.

I would love to learn more and share it with others.

I used to be the go-to guy for computer problems in the dorm/frathouse in college, but since graduating and switching to XP I've gotten rusty. I'd like to get back into the nuts and bolts of things and help some people out in the process.

Thanks.

I would like to help.

I have moderate knowledge of computers, and am a fairly quick learner.

I have (I think) succesfully rid my own system of ad/spyware by researching previous posts on your forum.
