Funnily enough I use Firefox on the Windows 7 beta, still not too much a fan of IE... I might try the IE8 RC1 soon, though.
What browser(s) do you use?

I consider it an improvement compared to IE 6 and 7, but I still prefer Opera.

Er.... I'm still here?
Not on my main install though, just as an "aside" project!

I am fortunate to be able to borrow and use a Compaq presario F500 laptop from my friend's company for a week or so. This thing runs Windows Vista Business and actually has IE 7 and Firefox 2, and Firefox 3, beta 5. I have used IE for years, and have learned that in some cases Firefox's newer versions cause problems for some programs. Last week, I was assisting his company with install of a version of Anaconda Linux, and he uses this to set up phone systems. Well, Firefox 3, beta 5 would NOT allow me to edit the users tree list when adding phone extensions, so we found out that we had to download Firefox 2. When I upgrade another machine, I will go with firefox I think - maybe I will be lucky enough to get Windows 7 and Firefox on my next machine.
I use both browsers now, and there seems to be a difference, I just have to get used to the way Firefox does things again

Hey Brian
Have you used the Firefox 3 (non-beta) version? (3.0.5)
I haven't used your program "Anaconda Linux", but don't forget that beta versions of software are not meant for general use, so the use of non-beta (i.e. released to public software) may have an influence on your final result.
Cheers mate,
Troy

I use Firefox. And have used it almost from the day it appeared..!
It is the browser for me, and not because its the most popular
alternative to IE. But simply it can what I want from a browser
without all the eye-candy etc. etc. (Altho if one likes, there are themes
to be had)
Also trying out Opera at the moment. And have tried Avant, Safari and
Flock also. But stays with FX

Only one that uses Safari? Come on people!
It's way faster than all the other browsers, and the look and feel of it is awesome. Some bugs which I'd like ironed out but nothing I can't live with.

I use firefox. I love the spellchecker and the add block. I also like the fact that it can view web pages properly. I've found an annoying few errors with IE, even with the latest version.
When I'm at home I have to have the AOL browser open on the pages I want to view in order to access some of my favourite web sites through firefox. It gets annoying because AOL does not block popups and I always end up having to get rid of loads of crap from my pc later on.
