I tried starting the computer with one stick at a time, it gave me a warning about the memory amount being different then it went back to the original warning. Could it be the computers partition because media direct which I believe is on a separate partition runs fine and finds files that i have on the computer.

Did you try more than one RAM stick?
You may also try to re-download Seatools, and re-burn it to new CD.

Yes I tried both RAM Sticks, was it suppose to be able to boot without a stick? I'll try and re-burn a new CD anyway.

Yes I tried both sticks, I burned a new cd but the same thing occurred as before, same screens. Just to clarify, was there something in specific I was suppose to see when I took out the RAM sticks and booted? Or was I suppose to run the cd with the sticks out?

No, you did fine.
I'm not sure, what's going on here.
Are you using USB mouse?

Yes I use a wireless usb mouse with the XPS, I've searched the internet a bit with this problem and some people seem to think it is a hidden NTFS partition but I'm not computer savvy enough to know what that means.

Disconnect mouse adapter from the laptop, and anything else connected to it, for that matter.
Try CD again.

I downloaded and used SeaTools for DOS v2.13b (Graphical) (12.16.2008). The first one on the list.

Ok the second option went through the scan. It Scanned for controllers, devices, and for devices on Generic PCI ATA and completed it. Gave me back a comment saying
" No Hard Drives Found If you believe this to be incorrect, check cables, drive power connection and jumper settings then try again."
