Was this before or after the above hotfix was installed?
It's okay and what okay means there's no overheating and anything of the sorts but received another two blue which was caused by ntfs.sys .OK for now I'm going to say the crash happened before the update. We will see now if it returns . How is the system running right now?
I guess but I can't have no way to transfer my things from D: to anywhere since I don't have another hdd this is the main reason I don't format.OK with everything we have checked I just don't see any other option but to do a repair installation or a format and clean install.
Okay.Is D on the same hd or is it on a different hd?
Go to Start then to Run
Type in compmgmt.msc and click Enter
On left side click on Disk Management
On right side you will see you hard drive.
Now I need you to take a screenshot and attach it to your next reply. Do the following to take a screenshot while the above is open and showing on your desktop.
To do a screenshot please have click on your Print Screen on your keyboard. It is normally the key above your number pad between the F12 key and the Scroll Lock key
Now go to Start and then to All Programs
Scroll to Accessories and then click on Paint
In the Empty White Area click and hold the CTRL key and then click the V
Go to the File option at the top and click on Save as
Save as file type JPEG and save it to your Desktop

I can do the format myself I have experience in it but I won't do it soon i think since i need somewhere to put my stuff in.Do you have a Recovery disk or a Genuine Microsoft OS disk?
This will make a difference on the format.
