After the long-awaited night, RAM comes back clean, no errors.

Surprised i haven't had a BSOD since 01/08/2012 18:30:10

Seeing as i normally have minimum of 3 a day.

Is that on one module or have you tested every module on its own?

Great so the issue is not the hard drive or the memory.
Now lets check the disk integrity by doing the following and then once that is done and you post the results we will move on to the System File Checker.

Tutorial for running chkdsk in Vista\Win 7 located HERE.

Go HERE and read the tutorial that shows how to do SFC or System File Checker and running in a Elevated Command Prompt in Vista and Win7.

I've ran the chkdsk this morning, right after i put both my RAM back in the correct slots (1-2) everything was clear.

i did run a sfc /scannow yesterday.

[InstallShield Silent]
Version=v7.00
File=Log File
[ResponseResult]
ResultCode=0
[Application]
Name=@BIOS
Version=2.22
Company=GIGABYTE

was all it had to say (@BIOS is a program which my motherboard installed within express install) i'll do 3 more since id didn't know to do more then one.

Update: Windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations.

OK I don't know what the info you posted is from because that is not what SFC should be telling you.

Guess i didn't do the integrity scan must of been another scan i did (i'll look up which it was)

I did the scans, both of them both are clean, 0 integrity violations, 0 bad sectors.

the log it created was a csb.txt file in my C:/, everything i look for tells me it was to do with SFC o.o

I left the Test running for 9 minutes the temperature maxed out at 76 degrees with a minimum temperature of 61 degrees,
No artifacts got to peak temperature within the first minute, apparently that's a pass o-o

*confused* Honestly thought it was my GPU...(as i said from the start) >< now I've ruled out my HDD and my GPU :(

In other words if the temp goes up and levels out really high then stop the test as it may damage the card even more.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Conclusion
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

12 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. 2 third party drivers have been identified to be causing system crashes on your computer. It is strongly suggested that you check for updates for these drivers on their company websites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates for these drivers:

atikmpag.sys (AMD multi-vendor Miniport Driver, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.)

unknown

If no updates for these drivers are available, try searching with Google on the names of these drivers in combination the errors that have been reported for these drivers and include the brand and model name of your computer as well in the query. This often yields interesting results from discussions from users who have been experiencing similar problems.

Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is actually responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

Update: Since we've done all these "tests" my PC hasn't crashed once on me, i'm not sure why though, should i be worried, or overjoyed?

Does this pretty much confirm that my GPU is giving up, or does it mean some drivers are conflicting?

note: on the 9th, i installed Windows Essentials which without my approval turned on windows update and then installed a few Updates, since that update i couldn't turn my PC on without getting BSOD loop, so i went into safe mode, did a system restore back to the 1st to remove the updates, then i re-installed my ATI drivers and the problem was solved, but as of the 11th, i've not actually installed anything to warrent a BSOD?

All your crashes are due to the video driver. Here is what I found on this.

atikmpag.sys Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. VIDEO_TDR_ERROR
These actions might prevent an error like this from happening again:

Download and install updates and device drivers for your computer from Windows Update.
Scan your computer for computer viruses.
Check your hard disk for errors.

First try to go to Windows Updates and see if there is a newer driver for your video card. Most likely it will be under the optional updates in the hardware area.
If not then we need to try AMD and see what they have.
