It looks like it would try to reference "d:\Windows" Which I do have, however that directory looks to only contain one subfolder "SYSTEM32" and several foreign language files.
But I will try as you suggest.

If you can't find the reason you might think in the direction of a active infection. Some will stop Windows from updating. Just as a last step Rockmilk to think about.![]()
What you are using won't scan as deep as the programs the Malware Techs have at their disposal. I'm just suggesting if Rockmilk comes to the end of what he believes is the issue.Welcome, I have tried several scans for any virus and spyware and all appears to be clean.
Run the Msi (Microsoft installer) fix it in Agressive Mode.
