There is no need to update any of the drivers indicated as those programs are running OK, You should not install Beta Drivers, at any time, they are experimental, meant for testing to find bugs and at some time would become Certified and then OK to use.
There are no indicators yellow or red flags in device manager. Pleas right click on each device driver (in turn) under the - sign, > click properties. each one should show enabled, and, "this device is working properly."

OK, I always find sound issues to be a pain. I would like to get that sorted before cleaning up the system, so, please, any followers with ideas,
I went to the Microsoft website and ran the "fixit" tool .. and this is what it found ..
However .. I checked everything before running this tool and made sure if the volume was unmuted and on high so I don't know why it says it was muted and the volume too low.

OK .. should we go forward and cleanup the computer until someone comes up with a resolution to my sound problem??
Apart from having no sound, is the systme running OK?
Verify you have the Reaktek HD Audio Manager installed on your system. You should see the Realtek HD Sound Effects Manager icon on the Windows Taskbar or in the Control Panel. If present in the control panel, please click and follow the prompts, be sure to set it as the default.
Yes system is running smoothly ..
As far as "Reaktek HD Audio Manager" Where exactly will I find that ...
I am in Control Panel and don't see anything named "Reaktek HD Audio Manager" ....
Should I check my Installed programs??
I see "Realtek High Definition Audio Driver" in my installed program folder ... Don't see it anywhere else ...
Yeas, check installed programs.
You also have a program, "Mixer", what does it do?
Mixer? Have no idea .. i see it in my installed folder as well but have no idea why and what it does ....
Please click it, resutls"
Click "mixer" in the installed program folder??
Clicked on it ... Nothing happens. I only see Used: rarely, size: 1.36 MB, last used on: 12/22/2007 ... also have option to remove and change.
Look for Mixer from the start menu, > programs, > then click
Hi found it under a folder named "CREATIVE" ... Once I clicked on it .. its a mixer like to control volume for wave, midi synth,cd audio, line-in, etc .. none of the volume control is on mute.
