Use the free version of the software here, make a note of the code, store it somewhere safe and share it with no one.

Nice software Phill. I use Belarc to find my Key!

PS I'm about out of suggestions. Did this printer ever work completely with this computer??

I had 53 files.  I had to delete them one at a time.  All but two files were deleted.  HPScan TRDrw_OJ6700.dll and HPWia2_OJ6700.dll  There is no USB cable connected to the printer.

Hello You have to click on "More Reply Options" Lower right hand corner.

Then browse at the bottom. Add Attachment!

Have you tried to install the printer again??

You could have clicked on select all from the drop down menu and deleted them that way.

Anyway you got the job done!

I tried that option "Select All" but it would not delete.

I have the product key.

Hello! Good job! Device manager looks good to me.

Time to call in MR. Phill!

You could open command prompt and Run a sfc /scannow (Space between sfc /) while waiting for Phill!

That will take a couple of hours to run, depending on your OS

It's 12:00PM in the UK. Phill is probably in bed!

Hello I think this is the problem, but I don't know where to go from here??

The only thing I know is to try this again!!

http://h10025.www1.h...c/trailhead_doc

Will every thing work if you connect the printer to the computer with the USB cable??

Maybe Phill will have some suggestions.

The HP forum is not much help. Their support leaves a lot to be desired.

All I have left is to post links!
