Ok hard to explain, It did not fix it.. It shows how the website worked a few years ago, But even after filling out all the info i can not save and continue.

sorry it took so long the FRST takes forever on my pc i think because of the restore point problem i have..
To answer the question you asked before though, No it was only Firefox that had a problem with that site.

My System Restore Has not worked in quite some time. My Volume of a shadow copy does not respond.

Ok i have done all you listed above. Have not checked system restore or anything, did not know what you needed from me or what you wanted to see..
