Hello SophieMayk, "Win32_Processor" is what is shown to be the cause of the error message. A long shot that may work is running the Microsoft Find and fix problems with devices and hardwa... Go to the full post »

I shall be doing the next steps on my day off tomorrow so that I have more time and not rush anything before a work shift.

I thought I'd just mention this morning I'm sure I had a blue screen but it happened while I had gone for a shower. When I came back my system has restarted and said there was an expected error. In my event log it stated:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0xfffff6fb401d8010, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff80004060411). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\Minidump\121516-18236-01.dmp. Report Id: 121516-18236-01.

I have attached a zip of the dump, this may not be related but thought it was worth checking over until I have time to do the next step!

No dmp file attached I`m afraid  :(

1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.

2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.

3. Upload the zip folder using the More Reply Options tab, Choose File then the Attach This File tab., bottom left of the dialogue input box.

All in your own time and no rush btw

Hi SophieMayk,

The BSOD error cause by netr28ux.sys driver which is belong to Ralink 802.11n Wireless Adapters. Please visit your computer manufacturer website to download latest Ralink 802.11n Wireless Adapters driver you can also download latest driver from Ralink 802.11n Wireless Adapters manufacturer website.

Ah thank you, my wireless was playing up which is why I went to have the shower.

Since doing the "clean boot" I can't get my Kaspersky to run, it just forever says Loading Application and never booting. In my msconfig it's unchecked and even when I check it and Apply, it just automatically unchecks again.

Edit* Just needed to reapply in Safe mode as that's how I disabled it. Fixed that part.

Any repair logs should be found in C:\ Program Files\Tweaking.com\Windows Repair (All in One)\Logs

Can you please check and if present post the log for us.

Can I ask what type of Windows 7 media you have as in is it a full Microsoft DVD, an ISO, a back up you made yourself or an OEM system restore disk for a brand name computer such as Dell or HP etc.

It's a full Microsoft DVD, this is what I purchased at Amazon:

Please see info and follow the Resolution steps here

If you are uncomfortable with doing the fix no worries as MS say that the error message can be safely ignored.

I'll give this a go, I've also since had problems booting my Photoshop since I did the "clean boot". Says that I have a license error, seems to have affected my whole Adobe Suite package. Error code 213:19. I might just reinstall it and see if that does anything.

The AIO tool is Windows specific so not sure what has happened with Adobe tbh, hopefully the Adobe fix tool here will resolve the issue for you.

Tried the fix but still won't open. It opens when I right click as Administrator though so I'll just do that each time to open it! Thank you :)

I'll give the other suggestion for my PC a try tomorrow on my day off!

Thanks!

I gave it a go but when running the script I got a runtime error: Object not a collection

I'm not sure what that means or if I've done something wrong!

I would try running the script again from scratch, if still no joy you may need to live with the message i`m afraid as the only other fix I have found is a clean install of Windows 7 from either an ISO or full retail disk as opposed to your OEM disk  :(
