I reran chkdsk again and it ran fine. I am attaching the ListChkDskResults.txt file

Great. Everything looks good with your drive. It must of just been an issue with chkdsk that time. How is your system running now?

I ran the windows powershell (Admin) and it finished with no further information. The systems seems to be running fine now.
