Hello. I didn't see this anywhere, so I hope it is not a duplicate. Yesterday, out of the blue, my husbands desktop computer started giving him this error, "One or more network protocols are missing on this computer". He can not get to the internet at all. He has an Asus Essentio purchased in June of 2013. He just recently updated to Windows 10, approximately 1 month ago. I tried going back to a restart point, when it was working, with no positive results. Of course the service contract ended on 06/05/2016... Thank in advance for any assistance you can give.
