Sorry for the delay.  Was on a 3 day trip.

 

Except for the Interrupts this doesn't look that bad.  Unfortunately the Interrupts went up which makes no sense.  

 

If you close Process Explorer and right click on the clock and Start Task Manager then select Show Process From All Users then click on the CPU once or twice to get the big CPU users to the top then let it sit for a minute what is the highest CPU % shown for System Idle (with all browsers closed)?

If I did it right most of cpu stayed at 0 taskmgr went to 2 and explorer.exe I didn't see where it said system idle when starting task manager..

Yeah & now we have done so much so not sure what now lol but it has to reset router several times usually I let it sit there for over an hour before it connects when my phone is connected with good signal right beside of laptop so not sure what that is about hmmm
