Hi,

I got my laptop infected by ransom malware, it has encrypted all my docs, excel, images, videos, etc to .a9e3 extension files. I tried a couple of websites but no one mentioned repair or software for this extension. Can someone help me here?

I tried restoring the windows but the window is getting automatically closed.

I tried in safe mode, but the not seeing any restoring points to restore the system.

Thanks,

Prashant W.

As per my initial finding, there has been no way to recover the files yet. I would counsel you to make a backup copy of the encrypted files so that you can decrypt them when decryption is available. You can also post the initial logs for a clean-up process.
