image files and archive files replaced with a file of size of 29 bytes

hi friends, few days ago i realized that  all of my rar/zip and jpeg/jpg and other image format files are deleted and replaced with a file of same name but size of 29 bytes(all of my hard drives were full and had no free space, but there is hundreds of gigabytes now).

 

when i open one of the files with notepad, it says:

 

"Because [bleep] you! That's why."

 

there were my important files, my family pictures and memories of 10 years ago until now. 

how could i recover those files?????
