Hello,

 

Sorry for delay. Work is very busy due to weather conditions.

 

Just out of curiosity, why hasn't Norton kept itself updated?

 

I'll check on that for you, I was wondering the same thing. It may be working now since you up-dated it. Or is it possible  this is related to your Internet connection ?
